Apt-get update connected error

I got the trouble from that:

0% [Connecting to rproxy.mcp.com:3128]

Then I found I should modify this file `/etc/apt/apt.conf`

when I remove that, and I got it

0% [Connecting to us.archive.ubuntu.com] [Connecting to security.ubuntu.com] [Connecting to packages

So I reference from my Desktop and add these two line

It can succeed!
