Because sharing biking requires consumer for deposit, avoid fixed cost high and increase cash flow.

2. smog
3. city plan: the road is too big to be good for biking, walk land is small -> dangerous

The high demand of English 1o1 teaching for preschool kids.

The difference between online and offline teaching experience

Supply side problem: In secondary cities, it is hard to find foreigner to teach English

demand side problem: Most of parents are 80s, they have dream abroad, ask for their children to learn English (not for exam but for oral).

If parent is lack of english fluency, they will emphasize on that for their children. However, in old phase, parents did not get into college, so they prefer their children to take exams and get into college.

In the video meeting approach, there are 5–7 kids in the classroom.

Preschool English -> entertainment usually but not good for taking exam (it is ok)

toB(brand, tech): slow but stable, apply different channels and easy to have cash flow

toC(platform): fast but unstable, only few succeed

They think startup with model type will be fewer, they will put more funding in branding / tech, which improve product quality.

Do difference on big item

Do difference on big item: existing demand but they can provide the difference on the existing product.

Nike, Adidas -> lululemon (professional), under armour(yoga)

Market growth: if the young generation will be bigger than the old generation, the market will be bigger. -> focus on young people.

VR, AI

They think VR is too early.

AI: It is popular topic and too many startups want to do this.

They prefer to invest in the business which improve product quality, technology innovations.
